1. What you're buying

Each paid batch is a one-time download of algorithmically generated patch/preset data (SysEx, .nfa, or similar) for the hardware or software instrument named on the page you bought it from. You need to own or have lawful access to that instrument to use the files.

2. License to use

Once downloaded, you're free to:

• Load the patches onto your own instrument(s) and use them in your own music, recordings, performances, and commercial releases, with no royalties owed to us.
• Keep a personal backup copy of files you purchased.

3. What's not allowed

You may not:

• Duplicate, repackage, or resell the patch/preset files themselves, in whole or in part, as a standalone product, pack, or library -- whether for money or for free.
• Redistribute, share, or upload the raw files to another person, marketplace, patch-sharing site, or public repository.
• Claim the generated banks as your own generator, tool, or generation method.

Using the resulting sounds in your own music is fine. Distributing the patch files themselves is not.

4. Digital goods & refunds

All batches are generated on demand and delivered as digital downloads. Because each file is unique to your purchase the moment it's generated, sales are final once the download completes. If generation fails or the file is corrupted, contact us and we'll regenerate it or refund that purchase.

5. No warranty

Patches and presets are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any specific patch will sound a particular way, and we're not responsible for how generated sounds are used in your work.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to purchase or use downloads after an update means you accept the current version, posted on this page.
