01Overview

APM32 converts your own WAV samples into Akai programs, so you do not need to build keygroups or program files by hand. This tool is free.

Intended for MPC and S-series owners.

02Quick Start

  1. Drag your .wav files into the drop zone, or click to browse. Each file becomes its own program.
  2. Choose an Akai Format.
  3. Optional: enable Vintage 12-Bit Engine.
  4. Set the Root Note.
  5. Press CONVERT WAV(S) TO AKAI PROGRAM(S). A ZIP of WAV and program file pairs downloads automatically.
  6. Load the samples and program files into your sampler via USB, SD card or your usual workflow.
